This new 62-unit project, currently in the design phase, is being designed for a not-for-profit operator of transitional housing and long-standing client. In addition to the apartments, the residence contains a penthouse with outdoor space, common kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Social services are on the ground floor and basement. The site features a large, landscaped rear yard. The project will follow LEED guidelines and have an emphasis on sustainable design solutions in the selection of building materials and M.E.P. systems.
