3114 Villa Avenue

The Villa is a new 35,600 sf 56-unit supportive housing residence built for the Project Renewal in the Bedford Park Neighborhood of the Bronx. It houses formerly homeless Bronx Residents with a history of reported homelessness and who suffer from chronic health problems.

In addition to single occupancy efficiency units, the building provides residents with a lobby lounge and ground floor rear yard, a large community room at the roof level which is connected to a paved rooftop terrace, as well as onsite social services.
