Description
The new J. Pilla Building located at 2721 Colden Avenue Bronx, NY 10469. This is our new company building that we own and developed. It is a 48k+ sf block and plank residential building with 43 apartments, below ground parking, and ground level storefront commercial spaces. The building has already completed asbestos abatement and demolition. Ground Breaking on this new project is set to begin in June 2022.
