Rheingold will have a total of 94 residential units including 54 studios, 39 one-bedrooms and 1 Super’s apartment. Totaling 78,382 SF. All units will be for Section 8 eligible seniors; per SARA requirements, 30% will house formerly homeless. Designed to meet passive house standards the building is capped by a large solar canopy and will ensure low energy use and superior indoor air quality through highly efficient mechanical systems, a robust building envelope and meticulous material choices.
